Here at The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion, we embrace who we are today while still continuing to dream up our bright future. Trust us when we say, we have great visions for the days and years ahead.
Tavern 1891
We are excited to introduce Tavern 1891, an upscale restaurant coming to The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion. This stunning 200-seat establishment will blend Victorian steampunk design with modern amenities, offering a unique dining experience for the community.
The menu will feature English gastropub-inspired cuisine with an American flair, serving lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. Guests can also enjoy a world-class bar program with European craft beers, craft cocktails, and premium spirits.
Housed in a beautifully designed building complete with a turret, stone accents, and a covered outdoor deck, Tavern 1891 will also include a second-floor loft for additional dining and private events.
Set to open in fall 2026, Tavern 1891 will be a centerpiece of our vision to create a full resort experience here in Cumberland County. Stay tuned for updates as this exciting project comes to life!
