Each package can be customized based on the date, quantity, and specific needs of your wedding events. Please note that days of the week and time frames mentioned below are provided as an example. Actual timelines and inclusions will be outlined in your personalized venue proposal based on your specific needs and dates. Event spaces are open during events only. Wedding Packages do not include the use of overnight rooms as those can be added on as an optional experience.
Single Day Wedding Package
Our Single Day Wonderland Wedding Package allows you and your loved ones to enjoy the magic of The Willows for your most special day without compromising on any wonder-filled wedding amenities and details. View specific inclusions below:
- Onsite Ceremony and Reception for up to 250 guests
- Six hour event time frame (typically guests arrive at 4:00 PM and Reception ending at 10:00 PM)
- Client has access to property from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- Access to Preparation Suites begins at 10:00 AM. (Personal items must be cleared from suites no later than scheduled guest arrival)
- Access to Gents’ Lounge at 12:00 PM. (Personal belongings must be removed from Gents’ Lounge no later than 8:00 PM)
- Onsite Ceremony Rehearsal may be arranged upon availability of venue for a one hour time frame
- All personal items must be packed up and removed from venue no later than 11:00 PM
- Overnight Rooms for single day packages are considered on a case-by-case basis
Two Day Wedding Package
The Willows Two Day Wonderland Wedding Package offers extended access to the property. We know how quickly the wedding day itself can pass by so we have created our multi-day wedding package offerings for you and your guests to be able to marvel in your love story beyond just the day of “I Do’s!” View the additional access offerings below:
- Friday Welcome Reception to follow Ceremony Rehearsal on the night of check in. Max guests 40 for buffet style or 64 for full service
- Rehearsal begins at 5:30 PM (guest arrival starting at 5:00). Dinner to follow from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. Anyone not staying overnight should be clear from property no later than 9:00 PM
- Saturday onsite Ceremony and Reception for up to 250 guests within a 6-hour time frame. Typically, guest arrival begins at 4:00 PM and Reception ends at 10:00 PM
- Client has access to venue event spaces from 10:00 AM Friday to 10:00 PM Saturday. 1st floor Beverage Center, Mansion Kitchen and Sunroom Lobby are provided as communal spaces
- Check in to overnight rooms begins at 12:00 PM Friday and all personal items must be cleared out by 8:00 PM Saturday
- Access to Preparation Suites begins at 10:00 AM. (Personal items must be cleared from suites no later than scheduled guest arrival)
- All personal belongings, guests and vendors must be completely clear from venue no later than 11:00 PM Saturday night
Three Day Wedding Package
Becoming our most popular wedding package option, the Three Day Wonderland Wedding Package allows you and your guests to maximize your time in our Wonderland of an event venue! With options to host wedding events over the course of three days, you will be sure to have more time to connect with all of your loved ones who have traveled in to witness your love story’s most special day. View the extended access inclusions below:

- Guest access to Grand Entrance Corridor and Portico, all six rooms within Historic Ashcombe Mansion's First Floor, Crystal Dining Room with Chandelier Bar, English Knot Garden Patio, Grand Sperry Ballroom Tent, and our lush 22 acres of native and manicured grounds during specified event time frames
- Option of five different picturesque ceremony settings (includes jaw-dropping indoor options)
- One-of-a-kind fully climate controlled, ballroom-inspired Grand Sperry Reception Tent for 250 guests - available between April - November
- Three built-in bars available for bar service - Chandelier Bar, Moser Bar, Library Bar and one mobile bar available
- Luxury commercial bathrooms with ADA accessibility
- All event tables and our unique Willows Outdoor Ceremony Chairs and Ivory Cushioned Queen Louis Reception Chairs for up to 250 guests
