The Willows
Welcome to Our Wonderland
Our Wonderland of an event venue was founded in a blend of passion and vision for creating a space for celebrations that would be beyond everyone’s wildest dreams. This devotion-filled project began with the loving restoration of the 22-acre property’s existing 1891 Queen Anne style Mansion. Meticulous care went into preserving the historic charm of the building while updating the spaces with a luxurious modern European-inspired style.
In order to serve our local community’s need for a unique reception space fit for all kinds of celebrations, the project’s second phase included new construction of over 6,500 square feet of brand new event space. Our property’s new addition spaces have been named, The Willows.

Ashcombe MAnsion
Built in 1891, our Victorian Queen Anne style mansion boasts 5 bedroom suites and 7 bathrooms. Featuring rich history combined with modern amenities, luxury and passion run wild within these 7,563 square feet.
The Willows
Completed in 2021, our addition adds over 6,500 more square feet of indoor space dedicated to producing full-service events. The addition features our crystal dining room, Grand Sperry Reception Tent, main entry corridor, and our commercial kitchen.

The Historic
Ashcombe Mansion
Featuring three full floors of meticulously restored historic charm, our Historic Mansion is truly a wonder, both inside and out. The first floor showcases the original mansion parlor, library, and dining room, which we have renovated to feature many of the original historic details. After climbing the Grand Staircase, the second floor boasts five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Finally, the third floor offers all the dressing rooms and vanity stations you need to prepare for your special day.

Grand Entrance & Portico
Driving through our Grand Portico, you can hardly tell where our addition meets the original historic mansion. Modeled after the original mansion’s style, we have designed the portico to bring the pinnacle of hospitality and service to our guests. Upon entering the main doors, our Grand Entrance Hallway will welcome your guests with floor-to-ceiling hand painted walls that glisten with a custom willow tree branch design in metallics paired with 70 feet of custom black and white checkered Italian marble floors. This show stopping entry space offers access to our luxurious commercial bathrooms and coat check closet.

The Crystal Dining Room
Walking into our Crystal Dining Room, you cannot miss the twenty beautiful chandeliers hanging around the room. The Sky Lantern combined with the wall of windows provides gorgeous natural light and a great spot to view the grounds. The Chandelier Bar creates a welcoming area where guests can mingle and observe the mansion. With seating space for 64 guests, this room is perfect for rehearsal dinners and small gatherings.

Grand Sperry Ballroom
Our beautiful Sailcloth Ballroom Tent has all of the glamor and amenities to make your guests’ jaws drop. This unique structure happens to be the first and only of its kind in all of Pennsylvania and our surrounding states so you can be sure that your celebration will be truly one-of-a-kind. With full climate control, guests can enjoy themselves comfortably, regardless of temperature and weather conditions outside. Plus, the clearstory windows allow beautiful natural light to shine through and provide guests with a clear view of our manicured gardens and grounds.

Outdoor Event Spaces
With over 22 acres of beautiful natural property, the mansion offers a wide selection of outdoor event spaces. Our pristine Pond with fountain, naturally fed by Trout Run, provides the perfect spot for small ceremonies centered in nature. The Circular Driveway offers a unique area for intimate ceremonies in a circular formation. Finally, the Traditional English Knot Garden Patio is most popular for its breathtaking views of the mansion and our gorgeous property.

Ceremony Locations
The mansion provides many ceremony locations to choose from, but our most popular areas are the English Knot Garden Patio, the Ashcombe Mansion Circular Driveway and the Grand Sperry Reception Tent. Each location offers its own special advantages and characteristics to make your ceremony unique. Whether you choose an outside or inside location, the mansion will surely create the perfect atmosphere for your special, “I Do’s”.
